We like to call ourselves “experience stricken” in the sense that we have taken an active part in life, wrestled with it and learned from it.
Our methods are based on research and experience and are constantly being evaluated and expanded. What we offer our clients, we have experienced ourselves beforehand. We employ external consultants, engage in reciprocal supervision, and we spend four weeks each year developing ourselves individually and our organization as a whole. This makes us stronger, which in turn benefits our customers.
Our work is deeply rooted in organizational psychology. Our methods are developed so that they take into consideration the actual assignments and goals, the organization’s culture and structure, the individual, the organization’s emotional powers and the reality of the market. One of our fundamental ideas is that the development of an organization is in fact derived from the development of its employees and the way they work together.
